The Berghaus Choktoi Pro II Jacket is a durable and reliable men's jacket. Recently I used the Choktoi for 3 weeks alpine ski touring and low-grade mountaineering. I found the jacket offered great weather protection for a fleece. The jacket has a quality feel and look; I found both the fabrics and the build quality to be excellent. The Choktoi Pro II Jacket combines both the durability of GORE WINDSTOPPER soft shell with the warmth of GORE WINDSTOPPER fleece, making it perfect for those bitingly cold days on the hill when a waterproof shell is not necessary. The venting system is particularly well designed and overall the Choktoi is remarkably weather proof for a fleece.
