Simple to use but with enough power to clear smaller walkways and drives easily, this single-stage blower is powered by an overhead valve petrol engine, producing 3.32kw of power. It has a heavy-duty rubber auger, with a working width of 54cm and an intake height of 33cm that delivers ‘back-to-black’ clearing, down to the surface. The auger churns up snow and throws it up and out of the exit chute at high speed and you can change the direction and pitch of the snow stream manually. Propelled forward by the motion of the auger, the smooth run wheels make pushing easy and a bail arm offers easy and comfortable control. A reliable recoil start starts the machine, while the petrol tank takes 1.5 litres of petrol allow for longer working between refuels, and the handle is foldable, providing easy and convenient storage.
