RELAXING. This relaxing blend harmonises any imbalances during menstruation and menopause both emotionally and physically. The rose and geranium will take the edge off your emotions giving you inner clarity and poise. Directions for use: Always dilute before applying to the skin. For massage add 5 drops of the blend to 10ml of a carrier oil and apply to abdomen in clockwise direction. While running a bath add 8 drops of blend to 10ml of carrier oil and stir in.
