The Polar FT40F ladies heart rate monitor watch is a new, 2011 watch designed for ladies. It helps to reach goals by giving a better understanding of the body with a simple training guidance. This watch determines the right training intensity for each training session and allows improvement of the overall fitness. The FT40F watch has the EnergyPointer feature: it shows visually when your training is more effective for fitness improving or fat burning. The Polar FT40M comes with a Polar WearLink+ 31 coded transmitter to avoid cross-talk, and an elastic chest strap. The watch has visual and audible alarms when the user is pushing too hard.
