A technical courier will be despatched the next business day with a loan notebook and swap over the hard drives so you can keep working while your laptop is being repaired. If the hard drive is found to be faulty, we???ll fit a new one.Key benefits- Fast convenient repair service - minimises downtime, maximises productivity- Simple budgeting - all parts and labour are covered by the service package - Easy access to quality Toshiba service - we are only a call away - Consistent service at the office or at home - we go to the customer Period- Once registered, the service is valid for one year from the initial purchase date of your Toshiba notebook.Service level- This service upgrades the one year base warranty on your Toshiba laptop to a Next Business Day Up and Running Service for 1 year- If the problem is hardware related, Toshiba will endeavour to provide a loan unit before the end of the next business day, assuming the notification of the problem has been received by 3.00pm local time Service hours- This service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, excluding public holidays.Service coverage- Your laptop will be returned to you as soon as it has been repaired and the loan unit collected at the same time- This service only covers the cost of service parts and labour required to restore the product to its full working order as well as the cost for providing a technician on-site to facilitate the loan unit - You are responsible for the due care and any damage to the loan unit - This service includes helpdesk support for hardware classified service requests. Geographic coverage- The NBD Up and Running Service is available for next business day service in the UK mainland only, with the UK highlands being second business day service. Unfortunately, this service is not currently available in Northern Ireland or the Rep. of Ireland
